Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do take-out orders?
All of our menu items are offered for here or to go. We also accept call in orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Are you open on holidays?
We are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day!
What kind of biscuits do you have?
We have Buttermilk Biscuits, Cheddar-Chive Biscuits, and a Rotating Special Biscuit that changes daily. Call us to find out about our special!
Do you ever run out of biscuits?
We typically will always have at least one type of biscuit until at least 2p.m.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
We have a "No Biscuits About It" option for those that are gluten free. However, our shop uses large amounts of flour that goes everywhere so we don't recommend it for those that are highly allergic. At this time, all of our biscuits contain gluten and are not vegan.
Do you have a drive-thru?
Yes! We have a drive-thru that opens until 2 hours before the shop closes available for drinks, biscuits and spreads, and biscuits and gravy. NO Sandwiches, Eggs, or Sides are available through the drive-thru to keep it speedy.
Is there parking?
There is a parking lot out back for customers. If it's full, there is usually street parking available.
Do you take reservations?
We do not take reservations. The way it works is: You wait in line (hopefully not too long!), order at the counter, then find seating AFTER you've ordered. Your food and/or drink is ready when they've called out your name.
Can I order a dozen or more biscuits?
For large sandwich orders? Call the store to inquire. Due to the high volume, we might be unable to accept all large sandwich orders. We also require a three-day heads up.
