Are you open for dine in?

Ballard location is not accepting dine ins right now. We operate solely through the drive thru and walk up window.
Lake Stevens location is open for take out orders. There is limited occupancy for dine in.
Are you open on holidays?
We are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day!
What kind of biscuits do you have?

Both Ballard and Lake Stevens offers both buttermilk and cheddar-green onion biscuits.
Do you ever run out of biscuits?
Please note that all of our biscuits are baked fresh every day and we try our very best to have at least one kind of biscuit available til 2 pm.

Both shops have ample on-site AND street parking.
Do you take reservations?
None of our locations take reservations.

We accept large biscuit, spread, and gravy orders! Please click here to learn more.
For large sandwich orders? Call the store to inquire. Due to the high volume, we might be unable to accept all large sandwich orders. We also require a three-day lead time.
What is Northwest Biscuit Company?
Northwest Biscuit Company is the wholesale and bulk order side of Biscuit & Bean. Founded in 2019, NW Biscuit Co handles wholesale inquiries for coffee shops, local grocery stores, and other food establishments in the Greater Seattle Area. NW Biscuit Co also work to fulfill large biscuit orders that can be picked up at Biscuit & Bean in Ballard OR Lake Stevens. We do not offer gluten-free nor vegan food items due to not having a certified gluten-free facility so we would not be able to guarantee our food would be 100% gluten-free. However, our espresso drinks may be served with a choice of non-dairy milk.
